Penn is a 19 year old Penguin born on a snowy Antarctica. After moving into Crazy City for the first time, he first met Wesley, a grey wolf, and he became friends with him. Over time, their friendship never ends. He still lives in Crazy City with Wesley. More info is coming soon as it is under construction. The information I gave might improve. Penn and Wesley are my recent characters. But I have older ones. Before I tell you that, I am gonna tell you something. I like penguins because of media like Pingu, Pecola, Primo The Penguin, Club Penguin, and Animal Crossing. After I made Wesley on December 19th, 2025, I think I have to give that wolf a friend, I think it might be a penguin, and it gave me an idea. I decided to give the penguin a unique look and personality. I am deciding a name for him, and what came up in my mind is Pen, but I added an extra n to Pen. Wesley was originally going to be the main character, but Penn took his place. I also gave Penn a twin. I'm sure there are female penguin characters named Penny, so I joined in by naming his sister Penny.
